We do not store this information. We leverage Stripe, our payment vendor, for collection and storage of said information.

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (Usage Data). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. How long do we keep your information?

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and the use of the Website/App are governed by the laws of California. The parties undertake to first try to resolve the dispute with by negotiation. If the parties fail to reach an amicable resolution through negotiation, Flex Pass agrees to submit the dispute to the competent jurisdiction of the State and federal courts in San Jose.
